Overall, our stay was disappointing...

Liked: Hotel facilities is ok and location.
Disliked: We had multiple unpleasant experiences with the receptionist, Salem, whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with his manager, Numa, hoping for a more understanding and respectful response — but unfortunately, the same dismissive and unhelpful behavior continued.At one point, he offered a 50% refund and then explicitly asked me to remove my review. When I declined, he became angry, started shouting, and even went as far as to call me “crazy” and made a seen. This was shocking and completely inappropriate.This kind of behavior shows a severe lack of hospitality and professionalism, and sadly, confirms many of the negative reviews that we had initially ignored.Our trip was seriously affected by this experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place — especially if you expect respectful communication, basic courtesy, and a safe, welcoming environment.
