Liked: Established very understanding of the situation that we were going through they made themselves very available very polite helpful nice respectful all around great places take highly recommend to anybody that would like to look for a hotel in gdl best hotel that I have stayed in so far staff is so wonderful

An affordable option but for...

Liked: The customer service was solid. The staff at the lobby were kind and attentive, always ready to assist. I appreciated their willingness to store my luggage for free after I checked out, which was very convenient.The room was clean and tidy. It was clear that the housekeeping team does a good job.
Disliked: The area did not feel safe, and the lobby has a gate that remains locked even during the day, which is often a sign of a less secure neighborhood in Mexico.The hotel itself could use some improvements. The furniture and the building appeared rundown, and I noticed some humidity stains on the walls. I would have thought this is expected because of how cheap it was; however, I found another option for just $5 USD more that was nicer and located in a better area.
