Great place to stay in...

Liked: Location was good. Loved the mini bar but I wish I had known that it costs money, a simple sign would be helpful. We've stayed in lots of places around the world where we were given free snacks as a gift, so its not always assumed that it would cost anything. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The neighbors upstairs were very loud and we could hear everything.

Exceptional

Liked: Spacious room and friendly staff. The service was such a contrast compared with the other 4 star hotel around the corner that we stayed the night before. The staff was much more polite and approachable here.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated but it was clean and big and had a kitchen which was convenient for a family.

Liked: The room was huge as it was actually a whole apartment. The interior is a little old, but personally this didn’t bother me at all. Breakfast was very good and the location was also very good for my needs.Staff were very helpful - especially when I realised I had forgotten something in my room and came back after having checked out to find it. Staff were very kind and helpful and helped me find my lost item.
