Wonderful luxury stay next to...

Liked: Historical building, gorgeous, spacious rooms. Window of almost 4 meters high with a view on the city harbour.Great bathroom with a bath, the possibility to open windows on two sides of the room. Bathrobes were there, luxury feel to all of it. Very close to metro, supermarket and nice restaurants. Close to all the interesting things but also in a quiet area - perfect
Disliked: The heating was put on even though I asked specifically to put it off

Gorgeous unique comfortable hotel with...

Liked: The hotel is gorgeous, perfectly located, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and staffed by kind, conscientious, friendly individuals. We loved our stay here for so many reasons--we were given great information about the Netherlands, the tea was delicious, the bar had fantastic food & beverages--we ended up eating there both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We are in another city now and we wish there was a Suitehotel Pincoffs here!

Liked: Beautiful building, nice and quiet location. Cozy bar area with fireplace.
Disliked: The cleaning of the room was poor; it was fake eyelashes on the floor when i arrived. The reception were helpful and cleaned the room when i went out, but is was a dissapointing first impression of a hotel that claims to be high quality.

A MUST STAY IN ROTTERDAM!

Liked: EVERYTHING. No jokes, no paid comment here. The location, steps away from the centrum but away from all the crowds, the view, the room design, comfortable bed, amazing rainforest shower (pressures and temperatures are 🫰🏽🫶🏾), the most of all the staffs. Amazing amazing amazing. I know my home away from home in Rotterdam now 💙
