Could have been better...

Liked: * Reception staff were friendly and welcoming* Amjed was kind and helpful* Great location, close to major attractions* Well connected to public transport — near an S-Bahn station and several bus lines, including one to the main train station
Disliked: * The bathroom and toilet were disappointing. Both built into small plastic closet-like units, giving off a cramped airplane vibe (in the worst way)* Very unpleasant urine smell in the toilet and a sewage smell every time we used the bathroom faucet — truly awful* Reported the issue to staff; they said someone would come to clean/fix it, but nothing changed during our stay* The terrace, where we had a takeaway dinner, faces a parking lot and could be made much more inviting* Kids' corner wasn’t very clean and seemed neglected* Elevators were extremely slow — we ended up using the stairs most of the time (only doable for lower floors)

Superb

Liked: Location is very good, city transport is near, by foot walking to center town is ok. Good for family vacation. Entering to parking garage is very easy, but tight conditions.
Disliked: Parking places not bookable.

Liked: Actually nothing other then the location
Disliked: the room was dirty , there was a mosquito inside the room on the ceiling, it wasnt cleaned even durinng our two day stay. After paying like 400€ we were initially alloted a ground floor room, upon asking the lady at reception desk denied our request saying she didnnt have any empty at the moment, but upon further asking she finally was ready to give room on 6th floor. The dining area was too full during the breakfast that around 40 people waited in the line to be seated also the food was not refilled fast when it was over in the serving vessels.

Liked: The room was a good size. 2 kids shared a sofa bed. The double bed was comfortable.The location was great, up to 30 min walk to reach some major sights.Generous provision of Rituals toiletries in the bathroom.
Disliked: The elevators seemed to be slow. The gym is very basic, but still better than nothing (1 elliptical, 1 bike, 1 multipurpose weight machine, and a rack of free weights + a mat)

Liked: Very clever design. Has 3 sinks in the room. Stress sustainability.
Disliked: King size bed’s mattress too thin. Shower can have a rack to put stuff on.
