Liked: breafast was fine, location was great
Disliked: In general the hotel cannot handle the number of guests it accommodates. Cues for breakfast, check in, elevators etc. Especially the breakfast part was very annoying as they had to send us to a near by affiliate hotel to have breakfast.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: The hotel staff was uncooperative and we were alloted a room designed for physically disabled. It was very insulting and uncomfortable and even after requesting a change the hotel staff did not heed and just asked to speak to Booking.com and they said, the allotment is done by hotel and they have no say. It was pathetic experience.The housekeeping staff just kept knowing the door and disturbing even before 10am though the check out time was 12. One even had the audacity to open the door with his key while I was in the bathroom and on confronting he blatantly said, he was just checking if the room needs to be cleaned. The intercom telephone was not working. And hence had to come down everytime. On complaining we got an email that the issue has been reported and we will get an update in an hour and it's almost end of the day we are still waiting for any reply. Horrible experience

Liked: Rooms were spacious for a family, the location is very nice and super convenient.
Disliked: Very long waiting queue to be served for breakfast resulting in losing valuable time and very small lobby area.

Disliked: Cups not cleaned or replaced without us leaving a note to ask for clean cups and for tea/ coffee to be replenished. Shower gel and shampoo bottles empty on arrival and had to ask for them to be filled.Kept replacing towels when no need to but leaving the dirty cups etc as above. Breakfast very expensive.

brilliant value for money

Liked: Wow! Would stringy recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin. It's well located (5 mins from checkpoint Charlie) and offers brilliant value for money. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and really well equipped. In short - We LOVED this hotel!
