I will definitely return to...

Liked: We got a different hotel at first but transferred to this one because of the location. It was indeed the best choice we made. The room size, plus the separate bath and shower room and the toilet. It is just a rare gem!
Disliked: Although we did not avail of the breakfast because there are many other choices outside the hotel, when we go out in the morning, the line to the breakfast hall was extremely long that at times, extends to the doors. I'm not sure if the seating area is enough for the guests.

Pleasant hotel

Liked: Nice room with enough space and pretty well kept. The hotel lounge was meager. Friendly and accommodating staff
Disliked: The toilet had some plumbing issues. It always kept an odor

I expected way better service...

Liked: The location was quite convenient, right next to the S-Bahn station, and in the walking distance of many points of interest. Very clean.
Disliked: 1. Whoever planned the facilities, did not realize that the breakfast area was absolutely insufficient to host people from so many rooms - we had to stand in the line waiting like 15-25 mins every morning to enter the breakfast area - being in a hurry and hungry, watching how those lucky to enter before us were helping themselves, and surely embarassing them, and then being embarassed ourselves, while eating under the glances of those who came afterwards... It was one of the most repugnant experience in my life;2. Generally the staff at the desk and in the breakfast area were quite friendly and trying to do their best to be helpful, but all their efforts were nullified by the young male employee who failed to wake-up call us at 5 am, as ordered. Fortunately, it was the alarm clock that woke us up, but what if I neglected to set it? We could miss our plane, and I'm positive a blunder like this on part of a hotel stuff is really intolerable.
