Convenient location in dated lodging...

Liked: Breakfast was good. The room was old and questionably clean. We were given one towel and one shampoo for a party of 4. We were told that that cleaning staff was still new.
Disliked: The rooms were very dated, and the doors were loud and squeaky. Simply spraying WD-40 would prevent the loud doors from waking other guests throughout the night.

Liked: The property was clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the pool! A huge thank you to Jason- he’s always pleasant and very helpful!!
Disliked: There’s not many towels in the rooms but usually can get an extra from the office.

Unclean rooms , rude staff...

Disliked: Rooms unclean , staff beyond rude needs new management from manager to staff , to much street noise , no shampoo in room , made me walk to lobby to get some . Clerk rude . This is not a friendly place . Besides unclean Room , no shampoo hotel needs updated .Staff is not trained in hospitality , breakfast needs massive improvement. Sad this hotel is like 25 years old it looks it from staff to rooms no upkeep . I would not ask for anything or your head will roll . Just know what you’re getting . A 1/5 hotel

Liked: Our room was pleasant, comfortable, and clean. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous.
Disliked: We were happy with our stay.

Liked: the staff had the best sense of humor and were kind and helpful. The continental breakfast had a great variety and fresh fruit, juices, even chocolate milk!
Disliked: prefer bathtub over shower but it was fine

Would stay again and request...

Liked: Clean basic rooms - good size for 2 people
Disliked: First floor room, so didn’t feel comfortable leaving windows open all night. Cleaning fluid smell very strong.
