I have stayed here several...

Liked: I always stay at the Sugarloaf when i am in town because the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. I always sleep well and wake up rested. The breakfast the next morning offers a good nutricious selection and gets me going for my trip home.

Disliked: My fridge looked like it was leaking refrigerant. Luckily we weren't in it long enough to use the fridge. No matter how high we turned the temp up the room wouldn't warm up.

It worked for us as...

Liked: Really good breakfast! Clean room, fast check-in service, good parking access to our room, good location. Like that the office is open 24/7.
Disliked: Refrigerator in our room did not work, even after I mentioned it to the front desk it was not checked on to make sure it worked. No table and chairs in the wide open area of the front room so we had to sit on the beds to talk and play cards. When I notified the front desk that the refrigerator didn't work, they told me I just needed to plug it in. So we struggled to move the huge cabinet it was in away from the wall to get to the outlet, and it was already plugged in. We made sure it was "on", but it did not work. Then the office told me as we were leaving and I mentioned again that it didn't work, that I should have told them and they would have fixed it. Hmm.

Quite and cozy.

Disliked: The manager was great with any changes I needed to make last minute.

Disappointing

Disliked: My neighbors obviously lived there and they were loud obnoxious fighting and dogs barking and smoking right outside my door with the smoke smell coming into my room noise all night afraid too open the door or call anyone due to afraid of what they would do. The whole motel was empty, and they put me right next to them.
