Exceptional and outstanding guest service.

Liked: Sara and her staff went above and beyond my expectations when booking. The front desk was amazing. They provided a wonderful experience with their friendliness and professionalism and always making sure they took care of that guest needs. I've stayed in several hotels there in Bend and I would recommend this property above it any other. I haven't will keep recommending this property and I will only stay at this hotel when I return for business or personal.

Liked: Your desk clerk Elaina was absolutely wonderful. Her professional and helpful manner was amazing. Sugarloaf is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
Disliked: The coffee is terrible. Otherwise, the housekeeper was great and the room was clean.
