Disliked: More tea bags only 2 of each ,bathroom very steamy could do with a heater or better extractor fan as mirror steamed up very badly

Comfortable clean and perfect location.

Liked: Great location for airport - Alexa was great in the room - we dined at Podium and it was delicious. Good breakfast spread also.

Room with Alpine View was...

Liked: really close to the airport and is within a shopping complex. we stayed at a room with an alpine view, it was a treat to see planes land and take off from our room, my kids loved it. location is 100%, check in was a breeze and the ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. the room was clean and has the basics. the beds were super comfy! if you ever need to stay at Frankton, go to this place.

Comfortable, clean, luxurious newer hotel.

Liked: Clean, comfortable, luxurious, in close proximity to restaurants and shops.
Disliked: It was a bit of a drive to Queenstown centre
