Good hotel but please ask...

Liked: We booked this hotel for the second time in the same month as we had a very good experience prior to this stay.The restaurant maitre d (Bupal was his name?) was very helpful and friendly during both stays. We were impressed by his outstanding service. The dinner was fantastic (in my previous stay) and very well presented. We will return to the restaurant again.
Disliked: The carpet and bedding had dust mites. Both my husband and I had the same experience of being bitten the moment we removed our shoes. We left the hotel with multiple bite marks on our legs. I didn't sleep well that night and was awake all night because of the sheets. While the room looked clean perhaps the low occupancy on the higher floor (Lvl 6) meant the room may not have been serviced for a while since it was last occupied. The toilet roll of paper folded nicely at the tip was also found on the floor when we first entered the bathroom. Previously we had stayed in Level 4 and it was wonderful so we were disappointed in our second stay.The guest relation officers at reception need to smile when checking in guests and be more communicative.
