Bad

Disliked: Inability to be accommodating for an honest booking mistake. It was my first time to stay at the Sudima! I now share my experience with others - so discourage people to stay! If you had been nice … my impressions would be a different story! First impressions count - and you failed!

Relaxing family time

Liked: We enjoyed the whole stay very much; we have stayed in a few hotels in Auckland city and this by far for the price is the best we've stayed in. Customer service was awesome! They were very natural and warm. We needed more towels which arrived very quickly and to our surprise it was a robot at the door! The kids thought it was the best :) Highly recommend and we will be back. The pillows were also amazing!
Disliked: Possibly our old backs but the beds weren't our flavor.

Great Central City Hotel

Liked: Nicely located Central City Hotel with usual well appointed Sudima rooms. Staff were very friendly and all interactions were very positive.

Won’t be back.

Disliked: When I had moved the bed closer to the other bed there was rubbish underneath and an open Condom packet and nail clippings. Obviously doesn’t get cleaned properly.

Central location, good for families

Liked: Clean. Comfy beds and pillows,Staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Breakfast buffet. We came down for breakfast at 9am and the hot food had clearly been out for a while and was not good quality.I can see how it would have been great value if we had of come down earlier when it was all fresh,Just not at the time when we chose to have breakfast
