Wonderful

Liked: They made it really special for my birthday, decorating a plate of welcome treats. Very lovely team, clean & great location in town. EAST Restaurant on the ground floor is superb too, we thoroughly enjoyed the Chefs Experience there.
Disliked: Lack of parking

Liked: Close to viaduct
Disliked: Bloody noisy as hell, sirens, fire engines, boy racer cars, people coming and going on my floor as room next to lift, paper thin walls can hear everything in next rooms
