Nice hotel and appeal

Liked: I booked for the indoor pool and come to find out it’s closed. That wasn’t advertised, had I known I would have booked elsewhere. The shower curtain is starting to form mold. My room wasn’t serviced and beds were left unmade. I found screws and nails under the desk in my room.
