Disliked: Stove broken; microwave broken; dirty towels left in room; it wasn't the queen I reserved - I got double beds; no remote for TV.

Disliked: The man that work 3rd shift was rude and disrespectful

Roach Infested

Disliked: Roach infested, bugs everywhere in on the beds, refrigerator, dressers, coming out of air conditioner. Just horrible.

If you plan on staying...

Disliked: My family and I traveled over 6 hours for a funeral. When we arrived, it was about 10 PM and the lobby was closed! After I rang the bell a few times, the man came to the door and immediately told me they didn't have any rooms available and they were full. I explained our situation and was told that Booking.com overbooks and has no way of knowing if a hotel has availability. He wasn't compassionate or sympathetic, just matter-of-fact and went back inside. He didn't even have a suggestion for a different hotel. My husband, little boy and I were scrambling for another place to stay. I chose this hotel because of the kitchenette. I have a restricted diet and can only eat certain foods which makes travelling challenging to say the least. I'm very disappointed in this booking company, as well as the hotel!

Disliked: You can do better with the cleaning they have mold remover they have restore where you can buy furniture and carpet for less than nothing to make you establishment look a whole lot better you can hire clean up people that care and show that they care

Hotel Vania bad experience!!

Liked: Love the location wonderful area
Disliked: A lot didn't like the room smelled real nasty burnt marks on carpet smoke detector tore off the wall had roaches no one to speak to after hours or an emergency number to reach someone no trash cans was in the room had to purchase my own because I stayed 5 days and four nights I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as well as the traffic and the loud noise of people outside late nights when you're trying to rest
