Liked: Quietness and clean . It was worth the price I paid . Definitely would stay again.

Disliked: Review for Suburban Studios I reserved and paid for the accommodations for my guest and I. The hotel gave us a difficult time upon checking in. After an hour on the phone with the third party (per the receptionist and General manager) they could not see the payment but I have confirmation emails and text messages. After speaking of the third party she explained to the general manager that the reservation was paid in full and to change the card number as the hotel has done numerous times to the third party hotel and you can collect your payment. Throughout my stay the hotel repeatedly tried to charge the card on file, the ENTIRE amount after; not partial. Although they stated everything was taken care of. In addition, I was charged a cancellation fee after I arrived, the elevator has an expiration notice posted inside.
