Overall a nice stay, you’ll...

Liked: Convenient for exiting the highway and the price was great!
Disliked: This is the second time that we have stated this location. The floor in our room was either needing to be mopped or too much mopping solution was used because the floor in both the restroom and the kitchen area was sticky, and the carpet felt like it needed to be shampooed it felt gross to be honest. Needless to say, keep our shoes on. Also, there was trash outside some of the rooms when we arrived and the it was still there when we left the next morning at about 11:30.

Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t cool enough for rooms.

The hotel that don't accept...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: They wouldn't except my date of change of stay. I spoke to their front desk before my original date of stay who told me the change of date was accepted over the phone but when i got to the hotel they did not honor it. They didn't tell me they didn't accept my date of change of stay until i got there and I end up booking with a different hotel. The front desk informed me they don't do changes for 3rd party (booking.com).

A great experience and value.

Liked: Overall, everything was excellent. We had never stayed at this hotel chain before, and to be honest for the hotels that we typically stay at this exceeded many of them the location was excellent as well, regarding accessibility from the highway and our destination definitely a do over.
Disliked: The complementary coffee was not good. When we arrived, the regular coffee appeared to have been there for quite some time because it was so dark that I threw it out And didn’t take the chance of trying again when we were leaving plus, powdered generic creamer is gross, just saying.

Passable

Liked: There was no breakfast and the coffee cups available at 6:00 in the morning
