Scam.

Disliked: After booking our room, they wanted to charge us a huge deposit for the room, it was like 8× larger than we pay at much nicer rooms, then they would not give us a refund!

Would not stay here again

Liked: The breakfast was good. There was a mini stove, fridge, and microwave in the room.
Disliked: The lock on our door was broken, the door to get outside of the hotel in the back was broken so there was no safety, there was a mosquito and fly in our room biting us while we slept, the internet was slow and kept going in and out so we couldn’t do work efficiently, and the pillows weren’t the normal pillow size. They were squares that barely fit our heads. The walls are too thin so you hear the other guests too easily and there were a lot of off putting guests.

Disliked: I'm still waiting for my incidentals deposit to be returned... 36 hours later? Ridiculous. The towels tore apart while I was drying off. Use bleach much? For $140 actually $240 counting my "incidentals deposit" you'd think it would a much nicer hotel. Very disappointing.

Liked: Was able to do early check in
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I was called the day after I checked in by someone at the first desk saying that they didn’t have payment and I was going to have to come to the desk and submit payment for my room. And the day I check out my card was charged twice without any explanation until I called. And all of a sudden it was a mistake and was going to be refund. Also I asked for new sheets and pillows due to stains on them and never received them. Was told that they will speak to the maid and I didn’t see no one the whole stay

Liked: Close freeway access
Disliked: The grounds were overflowed with trash, the floor was lifting, there was bugs, the door to the room looked like it had been kicked in and repaired poorly, all the doors outside stated they required card access but were unlocked 24/7, & the ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. We had to move hotels and check out early and requested a refund in which the manager agreed he’d refund our stay and never has even after following up via multiple emails.
