Disappointing

One big disaster. The hotel...

Liked: Unfortunately the only one thing was really cool; grill bar; fantastic atmosphere and good staff!!!
Disliked: Everything and everyone.

Not worth the money

Liked: The check in clerk was nice but that's as far as it goes other than it being close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The floors in the hallways were gross and there was garbage everywhere outside by our entrance to the building. The beds were hard, the rooms weren't very clean and we were given 1 towel. We asked the front desk for 1 more towel because there was 2 of us and was told no we were given a sufficient amount of towels. The checkout process takes about 20 mins if you pay cash. We ended up being stuck in Salt Lake an extra night and opted to pay $20 more to stay at the comfort inn instead. It was a much better experience and they even have an indoor pool and hot tub.

Liked: The breakfast was good. But the hours is no good. Is from 6am to 9:30 am. To early for person are on vacation
Disliked: No enough towels for 2 people,

it was overall okay things...

Liked: Nice rooms , beds were comfortable, pet friendly which is hard to find and good breakfast
Disliked: Every night people were outside my door laughing and talking , the women at breakfast told me i can’t take my refill coffee to go i can only have one (and it was the same cup) , the hallways were pretty nasty

Disliked: Tv didn’t work, infested with cockroaches.

Don’t stay there it’s disgusting...

Liked: I didn’t like this property the hotel none of it is stunk. It was dirty toilets were broke bunch of people doing drugs. It was horrible.
Disliked: The whole hotel itself is stunk. It was dirty people doing drugs outside the doors wouldn’t lock all the way is easy to break in the room. It was horrible.
