Disliked: Stove broken; microwave broken; dirty towels left in room; it wasn't the queen I reserved - I got double beds; no remote for TV.

Disliked: The bathroom and the bed could be better what it was. Plus there was a big problem with a child banging on the door next to my room bouncing a basketball

Very nice, clean and great...

Liked: The staff was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the kitchenette sink and they took care of it ASAP. The room was very clean. I love that there aren’t ANY carpets! It makes cleaning and sanitizing so much easier and better. Plus I discovered they’re pet-friendly! Thanks to Drew, Mark, and GM A’dria. I’m sure I’ll use this facility again!

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near everything I needed and in the center of where my clients were. My stove was not working in my little kitchenette, and they came to fix it right away.
Disliked: There was pollen everywhere, and I understand not clearing the ground by the hotel rooms. Of course, you would track that stuff in the room. However, a little spray of water weekly would help. You could not hold on to the banister without it getting all over your hands. It made my allergies worse than normal, otherwise, it was what I needed for my business trip and I will go there again for sure.

Liked: There was a list of things wrong. There were no bottoms to the dresser draws, no nobs, no remote. I went to get one from the front desk. Got back to my room, and it still didn't work, so I tried to call, and the phone didn't work. And the 2nd one I got turned it on the tv but nothing else. The stuff was unhelpful as can be. I asked for a new phone and was told: " Well, I can't change your room." I didn't ask for a new phone. I asked for a remote and a working phone.
