Disliked: Stove broken; microwave broken; dirty towels left in room; it wasn't the queen I reserved - I got double beds; no remote for TV.

Disliked: I didn't like being kicked out at 9am because the woman that was there saw my reservation and decided not to accept it. Then she called the cops on me to have me remove for not paying for a night and wouldn't let me pay at desk or accept my prepaid reservation.

Liked: It's in a beautiful location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we are looking forward to our next visit, and our room is already booked. The price point is also perfect and budget friendly.

Disliked: When I went to my first room it was flooded i almost fell. That should’ve been a red flag right there. I get another room and go in and first thing I see is a roach in the bathtub smh. The beds stink and are stained. The beds are also hard couldn’t sleep whatsoever. The whole time I was there I was being charged on my credit card different amounts. Idk this place is sketchy and I just had a bad vibe and experience the whole weekend. Would definitely not recommend staying here. Oh and side note there was a dog barking the whole night smh. This place is TRASH‼️‼️‼️‼️

Liked: No bed bugs from what I can tell
Disliked: I left a day earlier than I intended to because of the lack of cleaning in the two rooms we had. Room 118 had patched up bathtub and dirty grout around the tub. The door to the room had a 1 inch gap under the door. Roaches were a problem in room 118 and room 233. The foundation of the hotel cracked and was lifted up by an inch in room 233. Roaches were coming out of it. There were black balls on the floor and when I picked them up in toilet paper, they smeared. The lampshades is room233 had smeared feces. Clumps of Black hair came out of the sheets. I will not stay here again.

Liked: They owe me a day I left early booking. Com or the hotel didn't refund my money. Hotel refunded deposit they could of gave my day back or complimentary day if I return but no response. I had to change rooms two different men one white one black/blue bmw. Stalking and knocking on people door.
Disliked: Mark the staff did his job ty. I left a message for the manager to call a female about checking the cameras to see the white male that was lurking around n knocking on door. And the bmw guy stalking she never called back. No breakfast cleanliness 4. Basic operated hotel owned by foreigners trying to gain more off less.
