Liked: The staff were so kind!
Disliked: It was pretty dirty. There was a dead cockroach in the hallway the entirety of our stay. Our room was not very clean, either, specifically the bathroom. The shower had a handicapped seat that was held together by duct tape. There were a lot of black spots on it, appearing to be mold. Upon closer look at the bathroom, there was a lot of the black stuff/ mold in the corners and on the walls. There was also hair on the floor, and on the shower floor. I even found a hair on a bath towel when I grabbed it off the shelf. The blowdryer had an oily substance on it, and there was a lot of hair and dust in the main area. Cabinets had food residue on them. Overall, it was not cleaned or maintained properly. Our room (108) gave me the heebie jeebies and I had a hard time sleeping due to the conditions. Fortunately, no bugs or mold was brought home as far as I can tell.

Liked: It was convenient. It was pretty quiet for us despite what the reviews say. Staff was kind. It was somewhat comfortable. Even though we didn’t use it having a kitchen was nice.
Disliked: Our sheets were pretty grossly stained. I had to ask for a new set which had stains as well but they were just ink stains at least. The shower knob was very confusing. It looked as though to get hot water you had to turn all the way to the right but you in fact had to turn it off then all the way to the left.
