Liked: The free breakfast and clean rooms also the price breakfast guy was really nice
Disliked: The ice room smelled like pee

Place was a great value...

Liked: The breakfast was great… good variety and friendly staff. The room was nicely finished and quiet.
Disliked: The door to the adjoining room wouldn’t lock, but it wasn’t a problem because the adjoining room wasn’t occupied. We had a kitchenette, but no pots, pans or silverware…. Basic essentials would be a great addition to the room.

Liked: The breakfast offered was great every morning. The staff was always very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: It was so loud, as if there was zero noise insulation. It was rainy, so the rain gutter outside the door kept me up much of the night. I was disappointed that the kitchen was only a cooktop and no oven.

New Staff PLEASE the bed...

Disliked: Initially staff upon arrival was wonderful, professional and polite. I called 12/14 in the early afternoon to request a receipt from my stay on 12/9 and was hung up on only to call back several times times with no results, the desk clerk insisted that she sent it in addition to me providing an alternate email I never received the receipt. I had to call in the evening and received it but the incidental charge wasn't included in the invoice so I have no record that I paid it. HORRIBLE SERVICE
