Disliked: I never checked in the room and they would not return my money every time I called some Arab lady hung up in my face do not I repeated do not do here ever trashed attitudes and trashy customer service .

Liked: Is a big hotel, but once you get inside, it does not match the outside. There are holes in the carpet and stains everywhere and it is infested with roaches.
Disliked: I dislike the whole hotel. From the police presence to the roaches over our bed where we slept the whole hotel is a dumpster fire.

Disliked: Roaches,rude staff. Manager picks and chooses who she likes and makes it known who she doesn't. When you walk into back entrance the smell of marijuana is strong. Super strong. Each staff personal tells you something different from the next. Bad TV cable. And again MANY MANY ROACHES

Disliked: The location was great The Roaches however checked in before i did so I left the facility with nowhere to sleep

Disliked: I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I PAID FOR 2 DAYS AND I DIDN'T STAY THERE I GOT IN AT 9:30 PM I RECEIVED MY KEYCARD THROUGH A GATE WHICH WAS OK .I WALKED STRAIGHT TO MY ROOM OPENED THE DOOR ..ROOM SEEMED VERY CLEAN THEN BAM BUG ON THE PILLOW ..IM LIKE WOW A BEGBUG ..OH NO IT WAS A ROACH RELAXING ON THE PILLOW I TURNED TO WALK AWAY AND HIS BROTHER WAS ON THE DOOR I WENT STRAIGHT BACK TO THE DESK AT THIS POINT THE LIGHT WAS OFF AND THE ATTENDANT WAS NO LONGER THERE ..I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TRY AND REMEDY THIS MYSELF I WAS TIRED JUST DROVE 9 HOURS ..I PROCEEDED TO THE LOCAL DRUG STORE PURCHASED BUG SPRAY AND TRASH BAGS ..I CALLED BOOKING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING FOR ASSISTANCE AND IT WAS NOT RESOLVED I WAS CHARGED FOR 2 DAYS STAY I WAS OFFERED ANOTHER ROOM AT THE SAME FACILITY ALSO BOOKING AGENT OFFERED FOR ME TO RETURN AND THE HOTEL WOULD GET ME ANOTHER ROOM AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL AND THAT WAS NOT TRUE.WHY WOULD I STAY WHERE THERE WAS ROACHES SO VISIBLE AND RISK TAKING THEM HOME WITH ME
