Disliked: The doors swing open even though they are automatic sliding doors and the furniture in the lobby is stained like someone went to the bathroom on it and no one cleaned it up. I went to my room (the place is like a maze) and found blood stains on the blankets. I couldn't get another room (not that I wanted one) because they were overbooked. Not the front staffs fault, but the hotel is dirty and smells like rotten meat.

Disliked: No coffee available. Halls hadn't been vacuumed in some time.

Worse hotel/motel we have ever...

Liked: The location was great, very convenient off the interstate and near family that I was visiting and celebrating.
Disliked: The hotel was in very poor condition. Unsafe! All outside doors were open 24/7. Anyone could walk in to the hotel. The hallway smelled of marijuana or pot and very strong smell. The room was dirty, filthy. The shower curtain was so stained with filth, hair in the tub, dirt on the bathroom floor, mirrors foggy. The room had a musty smell and my sheets were stained. I would never recommend the hotel. We only stayed and dealt with it because we didn't have time to change hotels. Plus my daughter in law did warn us that it had a bad reputation about druggies staying there.

Liked: Location was perfect, little out of the way but so much less traffic!! Staff was amazing!! Very friendly & did go above & beyond to help.
Disliked: Hotel is a little old, but was clean. We had issues with our toilet a few times but the hotel staff were very quick & helpful.

All in all we had...

Disliked: When I turned on the water in the tub black and dirty water came out for a couple of minutes. Faucet in the tub wasn't completely attached, it flopped around and moved.

Liked: The area it’s in.
Disliked: Doesn’t have anything pictured. No pool. No gym with working stuff for ppl to use. You have to go buy special pans for the stovetop to work. The rooms show an armoire in them and there’s not. Just very inconvenient and there’s not enough staff for them to help you out really. The owner doesn’t allow staff to give out her phone number.

Disliked: Front desk employee was not present. Rang the bell. Guy comes to the desk eventually in his socks. I think he lives on the property. Unprofessional. Dishes stacked up on Chanel’s behind the front desk - shelves at eye level. Just so weird to look at someone’s dirty dishes on a shelf behind the front desk. Dirty sheets and blankets in hotel room closet
