Liked: Nothing!!!! Best part of staying here was checking-out
Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Even if the price is attractive, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!They will rip you off without even telling you. They tried to charge me resort fees when I checked-in. I showed them my confirmation that the resort fees were included in the price I paid. They said there was a problem with their system and they would "take care" of it. I was charged the resort fees after I checked out knowing that there was nothing I could do about it. I was back in the area today and went in to speak to them. Again, there was a problem with their "system" and couldnt refund me the resort fees until after their system was fixed. I showed them my confirmation again proving the resort fees were paid and they agreed. Several hours later, I received an email from them stating the resort fees were not paid when I booked the reservation and will not receive any refund. The simple fact that this property even charges resort fees is absolutely ridiculous!!! This property is the furthest thing from a resort!!! Its dated with ugly decor, smelly, dirty, mold in the bathroom, lots of homeless people loitering on the property, very unsafe. Do yourself a favor and dont be suckered in by the cheap price... its worth it to stay somewhere else for a few bucks more!!!

Liked: The beds were comfy, the pool was very nice. I liked that there were washers and dryers close to our room, as we were there all week long. The bathtub was a good size for my son to take his baths. The fridge was a good size and kept our food good and cold. Staff was very nice to my son and I.
Disliked: The pool had some kind of pH level issue at first. The room needed swept and mopped, there was a lot of dark hair found when we first got in our room. wished for extra wash cloths without looking at me like I was taking them!

Liked: THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO THE SHOW WE ATTENDED, AS WELL AS, EASY ACCESS TO I DRIVE. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
Disliked: THERE WAS SOME REVOVATIONS GOING AT TIME OF STAY, AND A FEW THINGS MISSING FROM ROOM, SUCH AS ICE BUCKET AND COFFEE MAKER, NOTHING MAJOR. ALSO ROAD CONSTRUCTION BUT THAT ISNT THE HOTELS FAULT.

Liked: Convenient to where we were going to, the value for what we paid for, and just overall a great stay!
Disliked: Honestly I really don’t have any complaints!

A place to stay within...

Liked: The hotel in a good location in order to travel for food or entertainment. It was a nice size refrigerator to place your items in.
Disliked: The toilet is very low for an adult. I booked a room for three adults and I had to request one more set of towel and washcloth.
