Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Hotel and room were absolutely filthy. Doors with key entry leading to rooms were all broken. Anyone could walk in off the street. Extremely dangerous. Lots of less than desirable people hanging around outside - sitting smoking in parked cars, hustling on bikes posted up near the entrance of the hotel. I live in Michigan and had a family emergency there in Ohio and booked this in a panic/rush to get to Ohio and it was what was available. And the room has bugs. It's a truly disgusting place. It looks like a horror movie set.

Great place to crash after a Phish show.

Liked: This place might be Dayton's best kept secret. A nice motel at a good value with excellent customer service. Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent with great staff and laundry room.

Liked: Room,hotel workers and location.
Disliked: Water pressure was a tiny bit low.

Last minute business trip. Glad to find your hotel!

Liked: The room was very spacious and tidy. No weird smells! Easy to get in and out of the building.
Disliked: It would have been nice to eat on site, but we enjoyed a breakfast at the diner down the street. The front of the hotel is a little foreboding but once we walked in I felt better.

Disliked: I appreciated the fact of them wanting to be helpful, but I didn't like the fact that the lights were controlled by activation and we couldn't turn out them out in the bathroom or above the sink. We'd get up in the middle of the night and the lights would be bright and wake the other up.
