Don’t book it if your...
Disliked: I made prepaid reservation for two nights through booking.com. I highlighted that I arrive early morning around 2am. Upon arrival with 4 kids tired of extended car travel I was rejected to check in, as their system “cancel any reservation not showed up before 2am, and I arrived 20 minutes later. My money just gone, not refunded not by Suburban nor by booking.com. Hotel manager as “a favor” just sold me by cash another room, what is double payment for the same night, and the second night just burned out.

Liked: Nothing. Room rented was not available when we arrived. No hot water no coffee machine no hair dryer no balcony no ice machine. 2 towels for 3 people. Towels are inky available for EXACHANGE between 12 and 3. So you have to schedule your showers to have clean towels. Was told to take our garbage to the dumpster. Didn't appear to have any housekeeping. No turndown service for 4 days.
Disliked: Drunk guy parked outside our room blarring his stereo for 3 hrs. Shady looking people alot seemed to be in drugs or just nuts. Although entry and halls did get cleaned there were at times garbage smashed donuts and litter in the halls. The coffee that was available in the entry was always a mess creamer was always empty every day I went down. Filed complaints with corporate company. On-site staff was not able to compensate for ruining our vacation but kept saying to contact general manager which no one seemed to know when he worked. And his business card phone number was the reception desk. Horrible horrible horrible. Will be reported to better business bureau as I still have not received a call from the imaginary General manager in regards to the situation. A few more things one light didn't work curtains were broken only 2 flat pillows per bed beds were somewhat soft but the frames were hideous the bed shifted and moved with barely touching it
