Unique and elegant hotel, great...

Liked: The hotel is in a really beautiful location. Took me a moment to find my way in, it feels like you're just walking into someone's living room! But all good from there on - friendly and helpful staff, a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room, tasty breakfast, and well located for what I needed.
Disliked: On a hot summer's day, it was hard to get the shower cool enough.

Great night away with hubby...

Liked: Staff were amazing so friendly and kind. Loved the seating area outside the room.
Disliked: No air con in the room which was fair enough but also no windows that we could keep open during the night as only the french doors, perhaps something could be done to them so they could be left ajar slightly but still secure. The room was unbearably hot.

Liked: Good location in beautiful countryside . Very peaceful
Disliked: Although beautiful it’s very sad to see how run down this property is , the maintenance of the grounds , dead plants and hanging baskets , weeds , broken walls , stagnant pond , a general feeling of lack of care . A victim maybe of Covid times and tight finance , this place could be truly amazing . It needs a set of eyes to see it from the customers’ view , from driving through a very messy area when you drive through to the car park , right to where you check in - first impressions matter . The host was very sweet .

Disliked: Curtains needed to be rehung. Toilet cistern took 15 minutes to fill up after flushing.
