Liked: Location
Disliked: Black mold on the shower ceiling. The coffee pot was missing the coffee tray. The desk staff could not provide a coffee maker tray. The ac did not cool the room at all.

Needs improvement

Disliked: Room wasn’t clean. It was dirty and had trash under the beds and TV stand. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The room smelled musty.

Disliked: Had to move rooms as the a/c didn't work. When they did finally find us a room, it was musty smelling. Doors don't close well, a/c didn't work the greatest, mattresses are old and need to be replaced and bathroom needs updated.

Liked: The desk clerk was pleasant, polite but very overwhelmed. He was the only one working and was given a terrible task with the condition of the facility.
Disliked: Our television did not work in one of the two rooms. The hot tub was out of order. The pool area was quite dirty and dingy. Our second room had a secondary air conditioner sitting on the floor. It obviously had leaked all over the carpet because the carpeting was wet and the room smelled musty and damp. The auxiliary air conditioner was vented to the outside where people were smoking, so it sucked all the smoke into the room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. All in all this facility is in very bad condition needs to be cleaned updated or condemned. I cannot imagine that this facility is up to par with any Health standards or hotel standards at this point. We cut our stay short after one night. I know that at least four other guests did the same thing.

Pleasant

Liked: It was very easy to find, the beds were comfortable, it was right around everything we needed, and it had a pool and hot tub...
Disliked: The hot tub was broken but still in use the night we got there and then it was marked as broken... they said there was 24-hour office hours and nobody was in there... there was no access to ice after certain hours... our Kleenex ran out in the room and when we asked for some more the girl handed us a roll of toilet paper because she didn't know what Kleenex was because there was a language barrier... their breakfast had a little to no food at 8:00 in the morning and supposedly ran till 9:30... there was a lot of elderly people with canes and limping coming there that they made walk the steps with their bags instead of putting them on the ground floor...

Would not stay agine.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms was not very clean. I had to go to the store to buy cleaning items and plugs in due to the funny smell of the room. The pool was cloudy and not very clean.
