Will not go back here...

Liked: We liked the location, it was very easy to find.
Disliked: They advertise free breakfast, that was closed down. Had to go to the front desk for towels for the pool, they brought me two little ones. They said that they didn't have the help to clean my room, and when I asked for more towels, I was given one bath towel and two hand towels. He said that was the only clean ones he could find.

Pleasant

Liked: The pool and hot tub were nice and the staff was great.
Disliked: The WiFi did not work well or at all, it was not stated anywhere that the breakfast area was under renovation, only place that it said that was a sign on the front desk

Don’t stay here no restaurant...

Liked: The staff was extremely rude went to check in and booking.com and the actual price was different by .47 she refused to help me but was happy to help the next 2 guest and called to get it fixed. Said the pool was closed the 1st day but opened it for the morning and that same evening said they could swim but there was so much chemicals in the pool that it was burning my child’s skin the picture says they have a restaurant but no they didn’t have it open as well feel like I should have gotten a refund due to no pool or restaurant and all the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. Absolutely will not stay here again

Disliked: It was completely shutdown with no warning.

Disappointing

Poor facility accommodations.

Liked: The counter person was polite.
Disliked: Room access isn't the greatest. We had difficulty right from the beginning with the key card working. The facility was not up to par for cleanliness anywhere. The room was definitely not cleaned the way a hotel room should be. There was obvious smears or sauce (?) on the remote, the bathroom floor and toilet had soil inside and outside. I did not want to stay the first night but because it was so late, we did. Much to our extreme disappointment, there was NO hot water for showering the next morning, so my husband and I had to take quick cold showers. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Kitchen area was being remodeled, so no free breakfast either. AND the best part is we couldn't get a refund for the next night because we booked it on bookings.com, so have to go through them, which has not been successful at this point either. Lessons learned for us.

Disliked: It’s closed down why is it still on booking if it’s not even operating. About had with booking.com

I want a refund!

Liked: Nothing!!!!!
Disliked: I booked through booking.com We showered up and they had a note on the door staying they were closed. No power or water apparently! They still charged my credit card and I never got a call staying they had closed their doors.
