Liked: When I left!
Disliked: Just about everything

Liked: Bed was comfortable.

Liked: Nothing to "like" about this hotel other than the fact I paid $--/night, which was about right for the quality of the hotel and rooms. The person behind the bullet-proof reception desk was very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: This is NOT a 3.5 Star Hotel. At best, it is a 2 Star Hotel. It is run down and caters to long-term transient customers and short-term cash customers. I only felt safe because they gave me a handicapped room 50 feet from the bullet-proof reception desk.

Liked: The location was okay
Disliked: Only 255. the room smelled HORRIBLE. As if someone had left wet towels on the floor & came back every 4 days to re wet them for 6 months then closed it up tight. I tried everything to get the smell out, from febreeze to Carpet deodorizer. Nothing worked!

Liked: The location was good. It was somewhat close to everything
Disliked: The room was dirty. It smelled awful and it felt as thought I was checking into a gas station. The front desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass.

Liked: Clean and recently renovated.
Disliked: I had no idea crime had gotten so bad in this part of Portsmouth that it required bullet proof glass around the check in desk. Crime was confirmed by other merchants in the area. This hotel should not show up as such a night star rating due to SAFETY!

Disliked: NOT A 3 1/2 HOTEL! Bad area, was overcharged, loud, dirty...
