Liked: Very clean, calm and had no issues at all.
Disliked: Nothing, everything went well.

We would stay again, just...

Liked: The staff was excellent, rooms very nice and appropriate for the price.
Disliked: The breakfast was the only part of our stay that disappointed (if I rated breakfast alone I’d give it a four; ir wasn’t a meal we’d pay money for independently). Everything else was fantastic, including the staff.

Liked: Location was so convenient to FLW. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options to select.
Disliked: Beds were too firm

Great Quality and Friendly Staff

Liked: Second time at this hotel. The staff are so stinking nice and friendly. This hotel is easily accessible and close to everything. The bathroom was HUGE. And the bed was supercomfortable. The outside pool was clean and the pool towels are super nice and big.
Disliked: The room temp upon arrival was set at 78, so the room took a bit to cool off.

Liked: The place was nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was nice.
Disliked: There are not a lot of TV channels to pick from.I was upset with housekeeping because I had taken my stuff out to the car, and I had left my purse in the room. I went back to get my purse, and housekeeping had already stripped the bed. My purse was gone. I hadn't even turned my keys in yet. Check out time isn't till 11 am and it was around 9:30 am.
