Liked: I would never recommend no one to go there and I will never ever ever ever go there again trash straight trash just heard a whole damn building down.

Liked: Room was not clean I requested a double bed and got a single bed room and it was food left under the bed

will not stay here again
Disliked: one room was ready when we got there the other room we didn?t get til after 4 and it wasn?t a room that we asked for. the stove didn?t work the ac barely worked the maintenance man said he didn?t get paid enough to fix it.

Disliked: · The place smelled like pot, was there 3 nights and never had housekeeping come around. Asked about our trash and they told us where the dumpster was to take it ourselves. Killed a roach every night we were there. Never received any new towels, sheets, toiletries nothing. Seems like they have some permanent guest there. One of our rooms smelled like someone was growing pot on the floor above us. Awful

Disliked: Worst place I have ever stayed. ROACHES, housekeeping NEVER came around, was told to take our trash to the dumpster behind the building. The whole place smelled like marijuana. No clean towels or bed sheets, had to go buy our own. Some of the staff was very friendly the other staff members were EXTREMLY rude and unhelpful. Overheard one of the front desk workers talking about how they rent the rooms out by the hour to some guest. Shady, nasty, roach infested place. Has so much potential.

Liked: The location is a good location to get from the hotel to the beach and surrounding attractions.
Disliked: This is the worst experience I have had at this hotel. Prior to COVID Pandemic, I never had a problem with bugs or the facilities being clean. This time was horrible. The first room I was given had roaches. I reported that - they reassigned me to another room and once again that room had roaches. I went to the Walmart and bought bug spray to spray the room down the next day. The Saturday night, the staff member used her card & just opened the room door without knocking on the door while I was sleep, stating she didn't know the room was occupied. Then at 3:00 am Sunday morning, someone else tried to get in my room with a pass card, but because I had the double lock on the door the couldn't get in. 2 minutes after that someone else tried the same thing. This time I asked who is it and a man replied it's the front desk. I said the room is occupied and he left. I got dressed and went to the front desk and let the man know he reassigned me to that room and that's the third time someone attempted to get in the room that I paid for. The first time was the staff member. Then CHECKOUT Day Sunday, I go to the front desk and request to speak to the manager and he wasn't there. I was told that he would be given the message that I had left with the front desk. I have not received a call. My second incident, I arrived at this hotel late FRIDAY night. the next day Saturday - when I went to the WALMART and returned to the hotel, I noticed a small sign that said 10% discount for AARP members. I ask the receptionist that was at the front desk about the discount and she said you can get it on your next visit. I questioned why it couldn't be adjusted now and she replied, because I already check in. I told her I should have been asked when I arrived at the hotel and she said, "we don't do that here. When military people call and book they ask about the discount".
