Not bad, clean rooms and...
Liked: Very close and convenient to restaurants and places in town

Liked: As normal we stayed in room 103 as that's the room we normally always stay in as we stay here 2 Friday nights a month as we are in OKC to serve in the LDS Temple on Saturday.
Disliked: Just need more parking. But that's not going to happen so we will just live with it.

Disliked: Pet area needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean before we were out. Luckily we had showers and were packing. An additional chair would have been nice and a place to put our luggage. Also room needed to be sprayed for cockroaches.

Our stay was horrible.
Disliked: We were put in a room that the staff knew the door had been broke on, had to change rooms before we could even get in. Then when we got in the room was not even completely clean and it was extremely uncomfortable. When I made a complaint. I was given a 20% refund and told that was all they could due for my inconvenience. We have stay here before but wont be back if this is how customers are treated.The reservation was under my husband's name Robert Jones.
