Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Esther at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. We were impressed with her professionalism and work ethic, as we noticed her at different times throughout our stay cleaning rooms and other areas. She was very helpful to me and went above and beyond to look for my daughter’s missing blanket that was accidentally left in the room. She seemed to be doing the job of about 3 people and Studio 6 is lucky to have her!

Disliked: Had to pay more for less accomidations. Room was filthy, the ac broken. No screen on window. Visible mold. I followed instructions given last year to a T and still ended up that there were no ground floor rooms available. Had to pay much more to have only one bed in a disabled room to share w my 80 year old grandmother. The bed is extremely broken down and wildly uncomfortable. Im not a complainer, but this shit is bananas. This was an extremely difficult stay.
