Urine in a mess

Liked: The desk clerk went out of her way to fix it.
Disliked: I was rented a room by booking.com if I got to the facility they told me that they do not have any rooms available. However, booking.com took the room field out of my bank account already leaving me with not enough money to stay someplace else, the lady said that she might have a room. And gave me the key, and I went into the room, and it was filthy, not clean by housekeeping, and there was a clear jug on the floor that looked like it was half full of urine. After I told the dust quirk about it, she went to the back and made a couple phone calls.And there was one room that was available mysterious with was found and they let me get that what a miserable experience
