Disliked: The staff. I asked for a late check out and was told that in order to get a late check out which would only be to 11:30 I would have to pay $100 for a late check out which I thought was very unfair and not even legal. They knocked on my door at 10:00 ask me what I'm checking out and then knocked on my door again at exactly 11:00 ask me what was I going to leave and continue to knock on my door every 5 minutes after that and calling until I left I didn't end up getting out of there until around 11:30 and they end up taking back my deposit. Also they wanted to charge me for the room they put me in that had no refrigerator and had a messed up bathroom and accused me of messing up the bathroom and wanted to charge me for that room as well as the other room that I was being moved to. I told the older woman at the front desk that my girlfriend had used the bathroom and my child was later and we were only in the room for 10 minutes but the way she talked to me was the way she talked to a child and I did not like that I thought that was very disrespectfuland unnecessary and unprofessional. Also when I try to renew the room for a second day I was told that I could not renew the app I had to come down there and pay for the room directly through them which I didn't think was fair all right.

Disliked: My bed was wet the lady told me the office closed at a certain time by the time I figured out the bed was wet the office was closed I brought it up to her the next morning she said theirs nothing they could do I didnt get to sleep I had to work the next morning the bed remained wet up until I left the next morning only God knows what it was wet with it could have been anything and they have yet to do anything about it the lady said oh I can ask house keeping what happened smh but I don't know how that helps me because I wasn't able to sleep in the bed the the chairs are uncomfortable to sleep in they don't want to issue a refund so I said okay you could comp me a night and needless to say I'm still waiting on a reply it's crazy.... But that also means no one is checking the rooms before renting them out that's unsanitary as well cause it could have been wet with anything so your not checking the rooms barely cleaning them. It was a little trash on the floor you can tell it haven't been swept or wiped down. But my concern is a wet bet the lady said why didn't I come to the door and call security. Well because she told me the office closed at a certain time so why would I go to the office after. And even then what security was gone to bring me clean dry sheets to put on a wet bed as in mattress. How does that make sense but okay.
