Disliked: Bed was hard, uncomfortable. Thin blankets (like two sheets rather than a blanket)

Liked: the rooms were tidy and appropriately cleaned, some concerns with missed items that needed cleaning. for one night room was appropriate.
Disliked: staff was incredibly unhelpful and lacked concern when approaching with any questions or problems.
