Liked: The front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room was not very clean. There were bugs.

I've been there before but...

Liked: The price and location.
Disliked: Even though there was a tub in the room I could not take a bath due to no stopper. When I called the front desk to ask for one they said they don't have any. I decided to take a shower but the water wouldn't get hot. When I came out the bathroom I started seeing little roaches. I called back down to the front desk to ask for a refund due to nothing working properly and the roaches. I had only been there for roughly almost 2 hours. The man told me since its been longer than 30 mins I could not get a refund. I explained to him everything that was happening in the room. I can deal with not being able to soak or taking a hot hot hot shower like I like but roaches and I have a wound that is trying to heal, no. So, I told them I was going to leave a negative review for them and left right after talking to him without getting a refund. I will never go back there. I hope other people have a better experience than I did.
