Very bad experience. The guest...

Disliked: One of the staff don’t remember his name but he was very rude, he called the day of my arrival saying if I wasn’t there by 1pm he was going to cancel my reservation, check in was at 3. I told him my check in was at 3 and he had no reason to cancel my reservations, he said there was more people wanting a room, I explained it wasn’t my problem I had made reservations. After a few minutes of going back and forth he said he was going to cancel my reservations and hung up on me.

I wouldn't mind staying here...

Liked: Plenty of desk space, outlets available, lighting OK. No problems with wi-fi. In-room coffee. No issues with noise, either local or from nearby freeway. Nice room, for a very reasonable price.
Disliked: Some aspects of neighborhood and/or my fellow guests not quite what I might've liked: in the morning, found trash on the walkway outside my third-floor room.

Good price, good accommodations

Liked: I like the room size; it seems pretty spacious despite having a fairly large fridge, desk and large sink in the main part of the room. The bathroom is also large. Bed was soft but comfortable. Parking is a bit limited but lot is semi-secured and nothing seemed to be missing from the back of my truck. Nice to find a decent place like this for under $100.
Disliked: This isn't the first time I've stayed here and I don't remember previous stays having such noisy neighbors. They were out in front of their rooms until 03:30 (in the morning) so that wasn't cool.
