The price was the best...
Liked: The shuttle to LAX was free. There were several places to eat within walking distance. The elevators worked and the view on the 8th floor was pretty good. There was plenty of parking available. The room was clean and had a refrigerator in it.
Disliked: The parking wasn't free. That is not mentioned until you check in and not when you book a room. I searched the hotel's website before arriving to see if there was a shuttle to LAX and it didn't say anything about it that I could find.

Good location for first and...
Liked: Staff was very nice! Room was big and clean. And the fridge had also a freezer.
Disliked: Parking wasnt free and the information regarding the fee is controversial when you read booking comments and descriptions.

Comfortable Stay
Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room itself was spacious, with an excellent view. The large refrigerator in the room was a nice touch, and I especially appreciated the free coffee in the morning to start my day.
Disliked: One downside was the parking fee. It was a bit disappointing to find that there was an additional charge for parking each day. A potential solution would be offering free parking or at least a discounted rate for guests who are staying multiple nights, which would certainly enhance the overall.

Clean but not worth the...
Liked: Property location was convenient and room was clean
Disliked: The card that they give you to scan to get in and out the parking lot stops working randomly. This is a known issue as the guests staying there seemed to all help each other out when we’d get stuck at the gate in the parking lot. You go to leave and the card says not active and you need to run inside where they’ll scan it for you and reactivate it. I had to do that everyday staying there for a week and the person at the desk always gave attitude when you ask them to fix your card. Also I was never aware the parking is a whole $20 a night to park in their parking lot. That price is insane let alone to be blindsided with that when checking in as obviously you have no choice to pay it because realistically where else are you going to park. Also the security guard there was ridiculous always asking everyone to see their parking slip or not to park too long in front of the hotel or if you’re smoking too close to the building and so on. Dude was excessive and almost like he has something against everyone walking around looking for things to yell at people for. The room was clean and location was great but between the parking gate never being allowed in or out without having to run in the building and the security guard bothering everyone and paying a crazy amount just to park in the hotel I paid for, the overall stay was not worth it. I wouldn’t stay there again just based on just it being clean.
