Liked: Ok location, good to be near airport to catch flight, complimentary transport to airport, security at the gate was good too

A great price at a...

Liked: A very clean and updated facility. Staff was friendly and informative, rooms were decorated with a modern look, and clean beds and bathroom. Suites are located right near LAX airport and long-term airport parking close by. Although I didn’t use it, they do provide shuttle service to airport.
Disliked: Although there was ample secure parking, I had to pay a separate fee not included in the room rate to park in the lot as a customer.

OK but noisy room OK...

Liked: Quite good location after evening airport arrival .
Disliked: Check in girl must have had a tough day .Grumpy and not helpful unless persistently questioned.Extreme road noise coming into room, room not insulated against outside noise.
