Equivalent to a trap house
Liked: Not one single thing. I've never seen or experienced anything like this. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my bags in the room while getting food. We found another hotel and canceled the entire stay.
Disliked: This was the very worst I've ever seen. Filthy dirty, smelly room, crumbs in both beds, evidence of (possible) bed bugs, lights didnt work, key cards didn't work, absolutely NO parking, not handicap accessible at all, rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming staff. Horrible location. I asked about accessible parking because someone in my travel party only has 1 leg and uses a wheelchair; she said she parked in the spot for our room and she would move. Then she came outside and told us to park down the parking lot a ways from our room and did not move her car KNOWING my party uses a wheelchair. Very quickly, after seeing the room, we realized we had been duped. The pictures on booking.com are NOTHING like the actual room. It was dull, dingy, dirty, dilapidated, smelly, and unfit for any sort of overnight stay. We found another hotel within that next hour and quickly let the staff know I couldn't stay there. She asked me why, I told her, and she was not happy about it. I'm requesting a full refund. I've already been charged the full fee by booking plus 100 from studio6 for the deposit, plus another 20 dollars, then a 10 dollar refund. I've contacted both booking customer service and studio 6 customer service. They are still trying to charge me a fee for canceling, and I do not accept that. I strongly suggest going elsewhere unless you are accustomed to living in a trap house.
