Disappointing

Liked: The location was good. It was close to a lot of cool things.
Disliked: Kind of upset because I paid for the room beforehand through this site, then was told that a pet fee had to be added at check in (pet fee wasn’t advertised on this web site, so I was under the presumption that pet fee was included in the rate from Booking).Also kind of frustrated because I was informed that I had to put a $100 refundable deposit on the room, that also wasn’t advertised on here. I booked this room because I needed a cheap place to stay, and ended up having to run my card for an additional amount without advance notice before checking in. The blankets on the bed were not very warm and had stains on them; room was not clean upon check in.Now I’m stuck waiting 4 days for a refund to be processed by my bank, conditional to staff checking the room and determining how much a refund I’m elegible for.

Disliked: The staff was very rude I had a friend over for 20 mins with a dog and it’s her service animal they tried making me pay extra for a visitor that was there 20 mins

Disliked: The metal on the bottoms of the beds was super annoying. Very loud. Room was visibly dirty

Could be better.

Liked: I liked the ice maker and the shower was decent.
Disliked: The mattress was like a prison cot very solid springy not comfortable at all woke up in a lot of pain.
