Disliked: The staff was very rude I had a friend over for 20 mins with a dog and it’s her service animal they tried making me pay extra for a visitor that was there 20 mins

Disliked: The metal on the bottoms of the beds was super annoying. Very loud. Room was visibly dirty

Liked: I liked the ice maker and the shower was decent.
Disliked: The mattress was like a prison cot very solid springy not comfortable at all woke up in a lot of pain.

Liked: The hotel was right next to my daughter's hotel. Staff responded swiftly to getting clean sheets on the bed after finding the cleaner did not change the sheets after the previous guests
Disliked: Cleaner did not change sheets after the last guest stay. When taking the dirty sheets off bed mattress protector was filthy

Disliked: They require a deposit even with credit card purchase. They physically checked the room before we could get deposit back. Ridiculously soft bedToilet seat ready to fall offOnly one towel was in the room. Very poor lighting in room. Many lights did not work at all Amenities were poor. Coffee pot missing. No comp shampoo or conditioner or hand lotion. Walls are paper thin. We heard too much noise from adjoining rooms.
