Liked: Room was fairly clean. Clerks were nice enough
Disliked: We asked for and reserved a handicapped room and did not get one. The clerk boasted about making sure he had handicapped rooms accessible for late check-ins when I checked in. Unfortunately, I wasn't one of the lucky ones when I asked for one. While we had handicapped parking close to our room, the loading egress did not have a ramp up to the sidewalk. We had to take the wheelchair around another car to a tiny ramp that looked like it was put there as a second thought. There was no way to get my mother in and out of the bathroom without extreme maneuvering and no way at all to get her into the shower since we were given a room with a normal bathtub. We had to wash her hair at the sink. When I asked the checkout clerk about it, he admitted that the room wasn't handicapped and that they had empty handicapped rooms on the other side of the hotel. Why didn't they give us one of those to begin with? I am disappointed in how few hotels are ADA compliant.
