It was horrible and not...

Disliked: I needed a place to stay for the night. I looked up hotels and it had pleasant reviews. I think those were made by employees. I had to get the cleaning products out of my car and clean the bathroom. I took off all the sheets on the bed and they were dirty and stained same with the towels. I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room so I was up all night with that smell. It was just horrible. The employee swore I was in a non smoking room.

Liked: I appreciate the staffs willingness to accommodate my issues. Our room had been mislabled as a smoking room and the staff properly switched our room so we didnt have to deal with the smell, which cause my husband to have an asthma attack
