Beautiful, comfy and quite place...

Liked: a great, quiet place to stay convenient to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and had many wonderful amenities. Closet was huge. Shower had plenty of hot water and showerhead good pressure. Will stay here again.
Disliked: The floors in the bath, kitchen and bed area were of different materials and heights so there were covers on the seams that I kept catching my feet on and almost lost my balance and fell one time. I wished the lounge chair was easier to get closed, it was hard to kick it shut as I'm older, and the TV could have been a little larger in size. The controller buttons were not easily managed for arthritic fingers.

Liked: Easy to find after a long drive. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: 1) I booked 2 non-smoking rooms, but we were given two smoking rooms, so I had to return to the office and get them changed. Desk attendant took no responsibility for the error, and even said the rooms must have the wrong sign on them.2) The door on one room was so hard to open and close that I had to help me kother to get both in amd out of her room.3) There was a dead beetle on the floor if my mother’s room, and a part of some plastic wrapper on the floor of my room.4) There was a hole smashed into the bathroom door (see photos).5) Furniture was old and worn.6) Rokms were dingy, depressing.

Disliked: Our room had an odor that was hard to get rid of our bed was broken down.And the room was not very clean and neither was the outside of the property.

Liked: It was not what the pictures showed, very noisy, people were yelling late into the evening. I was very disappointed we did not even stay the full night! Will never stay here again

It was horrible and not...

Disliked: I needed a place to stay for the night. I looked up hotels and it had pleasant reviews. I think those were made by employees. I had to get the cleaning products out of my car and clean the bathroom. I took off all the sheets on the bed and they were dirty and stained same with the towels. I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room so I was up all night with that smell. It was just horrible. The employee swore I was in a non smoking room.
