Didn't even stay...a little sketch

Disliked: Front desk person was professional and nice. When I went to enter the building near our room the outside door didn't latch. Can see dowels in the windows so someone can't open them but the window in our room you couldn't open anyway. The beds were made but not very well, The fridge was duct taped and dirty, there was black hair in both beds, mattresses were fairly worn out, some hair or something gross in the tub, I think they were remodeling because the hallway smelled strong of paint fumes and there was chips off the wall or ceiling all over the floor in the hallway. Didn't stay very long, ended up going somewhere else.

Uncomfortably convenient.

Liked: Location to main highway back home is nice as i use google maps for everything and dont like to get too lost. Food places to eat were easily accessible and easy to find. We were traveling for volleyball and the location was everything.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned. The staff acted like it was inconvenient that we asked for a new room and then compared to the two bed room we booked she moved us to a single bed. The next morning clean crew knocked like he didn't know we were in there and then barged in thank God we locked the door or had it locked. I've had housekeeping come in and remake beds before and clean up with our personal belongings out and about but this barge in made me uneasy especially since it was just myself and my daughter.With the room not being clean and is being downsized I maybe just expected a better customer service attitude at the very least or refund of some kind. I was very grateful that the rooms and stay was as cheap as they were so I don't want to push that too much I just think better courses of action could've taken place?

Liked: When I opened the door to my room and the floor was soaking wet still. I tiptoe across and put my bag down and then left for a couple hours for it to dry. Still patches of wet when I got back.

Liked: Was a nice room, the furniture was actually very nice
Disliked: Hallways smell like cigarettes but this didnt effect our stay

Overpriced room with no pool...

Liked: Honestly nothing.
Disliked: They claim to have free hot breakfast and a pool and do not offer either. The rooms were still full price and they did not mention to us that they didn’t have the pool or breakfast. My kids and family had an awful night. If I had the extra money we would have just left but unfortunately hotel rooms are not cheap. Thanks for nothing. We will never stay here again.
