Good in a pinch

Liked: Location was good other than obviously not the most upstanding as far as guests and part of town goes. Staff was great. Heat and air did work. Recently updated and pretty clean.
Disliked: Loud! People running around all hours of the night. This was definitely a "make sure you lock the door" type hotel. The bed was "lumpy". Headboard not firmly attached to wall (two twin headbands hanging on wall) so it bangs around all night. It had recently been updated and was clean for the most part. Hot water was lacking. Water was warm and warm water ran out in a very short time.

Liked: Staff were great and easy going. They bed spread was silky and felt amazing and the rooms are fairly quiet
Disliked: No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom and not enough pillows.

S.O.S.... Motel 6... What more...

Disliked: Our room heater was overenthusiastic and had nothing between on and off. Freeze or roast Room key had to be replaced daily on a three night stay. The manager and desk people were untrained and inept. A sterling example of Motel 6's long history of barely-adequate lodging with sketchy, loud neighbors. A special added bonus were the barking dogs in adjoining rooms. Of course, the room was graced with the usual, beat-up, decrepit furniture and mysterious loud noises in the middle of the night. A special trip to the office was required to get a blanket. "We don't put them in every room".

Quick , convenient, thankful, but...

Liked: Motel 6 is pretty much like the value menu at McDonald’s when I’m used to eating pizza and fried chicken. So I can’t say too much be Steve don’t use their hotels often. However it was convenient, close to our semi parking, and easy to check in and out of. I didn’t like the traffic and people talking all night long outside of my door and the rain caused a few homeless to sleep around our stairs that night. There was a convenient store in the same parking lot, but the floors were hard, the bed mattress was hard , and the microwave and toilet handles were old. I think we had coffee and orange curtains, but otherwise it rained all day and we couldn’t do much but Watch TV
Disliked: The loud conversations outside the door, people sitting in the stairs, the rain
