Liked: There was no breakfast. Our room was not cleaned once. I had to call to get clean towels. I didn’t like anything

Liked: not much to like. would love to say service was great but that was not the case.
Disliked: Room didnt look like the pictures

Liked: The room was clean enough.
Disliked: Staff was rude when I checked in like she was being forced to be nice. The next morning I was sick I think food poisoning so I wanted to stay another day. Front desk couldn't even accommodate me by taking my cc over the phone and told me in a smart mouthed way that I'll have to get my key redone or be locked out of my room. I myself am a front desk person and I would of been more helpful and accommodating to someone wanting to spend another night. and more sympathetic to their situation.
