Superb

Liked: Clean and a comfortable bed.
Disliked: Soap smelled like a musty towel. Glad we brought ours. Also need to put shampoo samples in shower.

Nightmare

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Egregious Discrimination, Harassment, and Unjust Eviction - Absolutely AVOID This Hotel! My recent 4-day stay, which I attempted to extend for the 4th of July, devolved into an incredibly distressing, discriminatory, and frankly, illegal experience. This hotel demonstrated a shocking disregard for customer service, accessibility laws, and basic human decency, made even worse by their misleading "pet-friendly" status. Harassment, False Accusations, and Police Involvement The situation escalated dramatically and unacceptably. After their baseless accusation about my service animal "damaging" a blanket (despite me asking for an extra blanket first due to cold temperatures for my children and me, which they denied claiming they had none), I was informed my reservation would not be extended. When I asked for a refund, as Booking.com instructed me to do through the hotel, the front desk staff completely denied ever receiving payment. "We've never received any money," they claimed, despite the third-party booking process. Instead of attempting to resolve the payment discrepancy or show any understanding, the staff became hostile, telling me I had "20 minutes to get your stuff out. You need to move, you need to leave, you need to go because we're not extending your stay." Shockingly, the situation culminated in the hotel management calling the police on me and having me officially trespassed from the property, giving me only about 25 minutes to gather my children and belongings and vacate the premises. This act of calling law enforcement over a baseless accusation and a payment dispute, especially concerning a service animal, is an extreme and unacceptable abuse of power. Blatant Service Animal Discrimination Throughout my stay, and especially during this confrontation, hotel staff repeatedly denied my legal right to access public areas with my service animal.

This Was Supposed to Be...

Liked: The price and the building was good
Disliked: This Was Supposed to Be a Pet-Friendly Hotel – It Was One of the Worst 4th of Julys Ever.My experience at this property was a series of escalating frustrations that utterly ruined my 4th of July. It began with an absurd accusation of property damage. I was told it was "so disrespectful" that I let my dog use one of their blankets, with the claim being that this constituted damage to the property where the blanket was laid. This claim was completely unfounded. I had even asked for another blanket, but was told they had no extras for my party, which included myself, my two children, my two service animals, and a friend.Following this, I believe I faced clear discrimination when my request to extend my stay was denied without a valid reason. To add insult to injury, I was refused a refund for the day I had already paid for, despite the circumstances preventing my continued stay.Beyond these issues, the initial check-in process itself was incredibly difficult. The property claimed the virtual payment card from the third party was not working due to a typo on their end. Despite this being their internal error, they refused to communicate with the third party, demanding I resolve it and offering no contact information. They wanted me to contact the third party myself to fix their payment issue. This resistance to check me in became even more pronounced after I disclosed I had service animals. The most egregious issue was their blatant discrimination regarding my service animals. I was explicitly denied entry into the office with my service animal. Despite my repeated explanations that they were legitimate service animals providing vital support, without which I could face significant harm, staff continually stated "no pets, no dogs, no cats," citing only "policy and procedure.

Disliked: No hair dryer and no shampoo.

Decent area and we felt...

Liked: Location was excellent. They allowed dogs so that was good. Very run down hotel. In dire need of upgrades. Toilet paper holder falls off the wall, the TV was a joke. You had to find a button on the tv and push it until you located the correct Input. Once you got the channel, you could not control the volume. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: TV was a joke, bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. Ice machine does not function. Walls are pretty thin and hear other peoples conversations. Ice Machine didn't work.

Liked: The air-conditioning was great and the guy at the front desk did his very best to fix the cable and WiFi connection.
Disliked: The cable and Internet never wanted to work. I had to reboot it all the time. Couldn't use my Roku account because the WiFi connection was too weak. The beds need to be updated and they are very uncomfortable.
