Good

Liked: Very clean, good location for traveling.
Disliked: No hair dryer and no shampoo.

Decent area and we felt...

Liked: Location was excellent. They allowed dogs so that was good. Very run down hotel. In dire need of upgrades. Toilet paper holder falls off the wall, the TV was a joke. You had to find a button on the tv and push it until you located the correct Input. Once you got the channel, you could not control the volume. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: TV was a joke, bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. Ice machine does not function. Walls are pretty thin and hear other peoples conversations. Ice Machine didn't work.

Liked: The air-conditioning was great and the guy at the front desk did his very best to fix the cable and WiFi connection.
Disliked: The cable and Internet never wanted to work. I had to reboot it all the time. Couldn't use my Roku account because the WiFi connection was too weak. The beds need to be updated and they are very uncomfortable.

Liked: Liked everything except one problem. Will be back for every work week in the near future.
Disliked: Only problem I had was I could not get my Playstation 5 to connect to the wifi. The error message kept stating that it was an ISP problem or router problem or something. Hopefully can get it fixed up sometime, not make or break though, most of my time spent is at work or asleep.

Great choice if you love...

Liked: Central location. Close to several stores/restaurants and right off the highway. Lower pet fee than most ($10/night).
Disliked: The bed bugs were disgusting. The management was incredibly rude. We found the bed bugs at 2am and took a pillow that had 7 mature bed bugs on it into the office (there were many, many more in the bedding). The front desk rep was kind, but the female manager was rude, unhelpful and defensive. When asked about compensation for treating all of our belongings and dog for bed bugs, she gave me a copy of the form signed at check in and said it's not their responsibility and that I waived their liability, then gave me a printed copy of the form. She issued a partial refund instead of a full refund. Zero accountability, unapologetical and no proactive action on her part to help with the situation.Room was advertised as a double queen but had two full size beds. Also, the ice machine was broken and there was significant siren activity. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.
